Yes, reservations are necessary and you may either give us a call or book them online. We try our best to accommodate walk-up traffic as well but it is recommended to have a reservation.

Yes, all of our boats can accommodate wheelchairs and we frequently have passengers join us who have wheelchairs. We pull the boat up so it is level with the dock and our customers can roll right onboard. Some sit in our seating and we fold the chairs up on the boat while others remain in their wheelchairs for the entire tour.

You are permitted to bring a small cooler with snacks and beverages of your choice (alcohol is permitted) onboard the boat.

Yes, our Captains and Crew Members are very appreciative of tips.

Yes, the large pontoon boats are completely covered and the smaller boat has a bimini top.

Our boats are covered and the 2 larger tour boats have side curtains that can be zipped down to keep the weather at bay.

Our larger pontoon boat is equipped with a small marine head (toilet); it is not the ‘Hilton’ but it is clean. We recommend using the public restroom facility at Sunset Park (corner of 4th Ave and Alexander St) prior to boarding the boat.

All major credit cards are accepted and you may pay in person with cash.

Cancellations are greatly appreciated so that your seat can be available for others. We can also reschedule your reservation to another date, time and/or tour. Refunds are given as long as you communicate with our staff 24 hours in advance.
